Patricia Alin is a dedicated Florida Realtor® with over a decade of experience, having held her real estate license since 2014. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate important life transitions with confidence, whether buying, selling, or exploring their housing options. With a strong foundation in community engagement and advocacy, Patricia brings a client-centered approach rooted in trust, education, and personalized support.

Beyond real estate, Patricia has an extensive background in nonprofit leadership, volunteer program development, youth mentorship, and community outreach. She has supported initiatives in partnership with organizations such as AmeriCorps and United Way, consistently working to expand access to resources and opportunities for underserved communities.

Patricia holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Psychology from Hodges University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to serving diverse populations with a culturally responsive and inclusive approach.

She is proud to serve as a board member of We Pass It Forward, where she actively supports efforts to uplift youth and strengthen communities. Patricia is also a mentor with the Take Stock in Children program, guiding students toward academic and personal success.
