Mark Paris is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker, instructor, and industry leader with decades of experience in brokerage operations, agent development, and residential real estate.

Throughout his career, Mark has built and led high-performing real estate organizations across Florida, including owning and scaling a multi-office RE/MAX brokerage and later serving as Qualifying Broker for a large, multi-location firm. In these roles, he has been responsible for overseeing agent performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing systems that support consistent growth and operational efficiency.

Mark’s leadership experience also includes time with Offerpad, where he advanced into senior leadership roles focused on team development, market expansion, and driving results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

He is widely recognized for his strength in creating structured, scalable systems that improve both agent productivity and the overall client experience. His approach emphasizes clear processes, strong oversight, and practical training that allows agents to operate with confidence and consistency.

Beyond his brokerage work, Mark has been an active contributor to the real estate industry through leadership roles with Florida Realtors, Greater Tampa Realtors, and Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors.
